IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY. The materials contained in this software are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms from time to time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Terms to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Legal Terms by your continued use of the Services after the date such revised Legal Terms are posted.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.


1.1 Definitions


“HooksLead” refers to the marketing agency and its services provided via the website and associated platforms including, but not limited to, GoHighLevel.

“Client” refers to the individual or legal entity who purchases or uses HooksLead’s services.

“Services” refers to the marketing, lead generation, website creation, CRM, advertising, and automation services provided by HooksLead.

“Software” means any web-based tools, applications, or platforms used or provided by HooksLead, including any integrations with third-party systems.

“Content” means all materials, text, graphics, user submissions, logos, and other information provided by either HooksLead or the Client through the Services.

“Terms” refers to these Terms and Conditions of Service.

2. Use License

a. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the software for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:


i. Modify or copy the materials;
ii. Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
iii. Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the software;
iv. Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
v. Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

b. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

c. The materials and services on our Website and software can only be used by our clients for the same business that they registered on our software.


The license for the software is for business use by the client for their own business, but not for resale or redistribution.

3. Disclaimer

a. The materials on the software are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

b. Further, we do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its software or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.


3.1 Service Limitations

HooksLead makes no guarantees as to the performance, increase in leads, sales, or other results from the use of its marketing services or platform. Client acknowledges that marketing outcomes can vary and are influenced by external factors beyond HooksLead’s control, including market conditions, client input, and client adherence to recommendations.

4. Limitations

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the software, even if we or an authorized representative have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) Death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) Breach of statutory duties under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; or (d) Any liability prohibited from exclusion by applicable law.


4.1 No Guarantee of Results

HooksLead does not guarantee specific results from the use of its software or services. Client acknowledges that marketing effectiveness is inherently variable and subject to numerous external factors beyond HooksLead’s control.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on the
softwarecould include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on our
software are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on our
software at any time without notice. However, we do not make any commitment to update the materials. Users can report inaccuracies or request updates by emailing [email protected].

6. Links

We have not reviewed all of the sites linked to our software and are not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by us of the site. Use of any such linked website and software is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications

We may revise these terms of service for our website at any time without notice. By using this software, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms of service. Users will be notified of changes via email.


7.1 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HooksLead, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.


8. Subscriptions & Refunds

Your subscription auto-renews monthly. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Renewal terms are confirmed in your sign-up email. We notify you 30 days in advance via email for any price change and yearly about ongoing renewals.

No refunds will be issued for services that have been initiated, customized, or fulfilled, including but not limited to campaign setup, integrations, or strategy delivery.
Setup fees cover initial development and are non-refundable except:

a) Consumers cancelling within 14 days before work starts (full refund);

b) Business clients may receive discretionary refunds via signed addendum.

Monthly fees are for maintenances, updates, active campaign management and reporting. Refunds of monthly fees only apply if the Agency fails to deliver core services (e.g., no campaigns launched for 14+ days).f

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) Death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) Breach of statutory duties under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; or (d) Any liability prohibited from exclusion by applicable law.

9. Governing Law


These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services. If you are located outside the UK, additional local laws may apply, and we make no guarantees of compliance with those jurisdictions.

10. Termination & Data Retention

a. Termination: Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Charges stop at the next cycle

b. Data Export: During the notice period or within 14 days after termination, the Agency will provide exported data generated during the service period upon client request.

c. Retention & Deletion: - Client access ends immediately upon termination. Data stored on Agency systems will be retained for 30 days post-termination, then permanently deleted. - Clients may request early deletion via [email protected] (fulfilled within 14 days).

d. Limitations: - This applies only to data stored on Agency platforms (*not* third-party platforms like Google Ads). - Data may be retained longer if required under UK law or for pending disputes.

e. Liability: HooksLead is not liable for data loss once deleted according to this clause.

f. Fees: Outstanding invoices remain payable.

g. Survival: Confidentiality and payment terms survive termination.


Refund & Chargebacks

All sales are final after 14 days. No refunds for used services. - Prorated refunds apply if: (i) We fail to deliver core Services;
